1200 BC’s Return and Exchange Policy has multiple factors to consider, including, the product type and the time elapsed from the purchase date.

Specifically, 1200 BC’s Policy is as follows: 

Promotion/Discount/Sale Items – All promotional items, discounted items and sale items are final sale and are ineligible for refund but can be exchanged. This includes flash sales and promotional offers.

Point of Purchase – Only items that have been purchased directly from 1200 BC website, can be returned or exchanged to 1200 BC. Products purchased through other retailers, affiliates or distributers must be returned or exchanged in accordance with their respective exchange, return and refund policy.

Shipping – Customer will be responsible for all costs relating to shipping any product back to us. Please make sure that the item you’re returning is repackaged securely.

Quality Promise - We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologise in advance if you’re not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, please email us at [email protected] and our customer care team will happily assist.

How to Return an Item

To return an item to 1200 BC, please email [email protected] to request a return authorisation (RA). Once you receive the RA, please send the unused product back in its original packaging. Remember, it is your responsibility to pack the product safely. Using trackable shipping is highly recommended, as 1200 BC is not responsible for any costs to lost or damaged packages. Once the product has been received and has passed inspection, please allow 10 – 14 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process the refund.

How to Exchange an Item

To exchange an item with 1200 BC, please email [email protected] to request an exchange authorisation (EA). Once you receive the EA, the EA form will ask what exchange you would like, please send the unused product back in its original packaging. Remember, it is your responsibility to pack the product safely. Using trackable shipping is highly recommended, as 1200 BC is not responsible for any costs to lost or damaged packages. Once the product has been received and has passed inspection, please allow 5 – 7 business days from the date we receive the package for us to process the exchange and ship out any new product. If, however the exchange requires further payment, 1200 BC will send a payment link. Once 1200 BC has received the payment authorisation, any new product will be shipped out within 4 business days.
